Yes you should furnish this info. One of the forms asks for details of previous marriages which you should provide. I think you will also need to provide your divorce decree. Providing the information does not impact your application one way or the other.

Online petitions are useless...petitions need signatures and names that can be verified with sufficient contact information. Otherwise, what stops some unscrupulous person from piling up a billion "signatures" in support of the petition?

I am in the process of gathering my documents for EB1 filling. My lawyer and I went through my publication list today.
I have a number of peer reviewed publications that have been accepted and available online (with DOI - Digital Identification Identifiers) but have not yet made it to paper copies.
My lawyer is hesitant to include these "Online First" articles since they are not technically out He claimed that immigration tends to lean towards traditional publication channels and therefore it would be preferable to since technically, they are still in press.
Is this accurate? Under what conditions can one include accepted (online first) publications?

Friends,
In preparation to file I485, we just had medical tests and the doctor checked the box " Applicant does not meet immunization requirements" in my son's report citing the reason insufficient dates.
What is the impact of this ? How this can be remediated ? Any suggestions by those who experienced similar situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Attorneys,
My company recently moved offices to a new location just a few miles from the old location. Its in an adjacent county but with in the same state. We moved from Northbrook, IL to Deerfield IL, does this warrant a change in LCA/H1B?

im trying to import a file into V1. Swift freezes just after the importation has comenced. I have to ctr-alt-del out of it. The File is a jpg which i have converted to eps using photoshop and freehand. Both have the same problem. The file is only small (150*150 pixels). I have reinstalled swift. I can import the erain sample eps file. but nothing else.

USCIS has mailed my wife two different EADs upon renewal. The first EAD sent to us has a 2yr validity. About a couple of weeks later, she got another one, this time with a 1yr validity.
I spoke with my attorneys and they seem to indicate that the one with the 2yr validity should be the valid document of reference from here on.
My questions are,
1) have any of you experienced this kind of a goof up before?
2) do I just take my lawyer's word for it and ignore one of them?
Please advise...

Trying to help Mother-In-Law over from China for visit. Unsuccessful w/ tourist Visa process, so now going for Green Card. This is my third EAD renewal. My 485 is pending at NSC. I am in CA. All my previous EADs/APs etc were filed at NSC.
This time when my EAD renewal is filed (by my new attorney, in new company) I got receipt Number starting with MSC.
Who decides where to file MSC? What's the criteria to file at MSC? Shouldn't it be file at NSC?
Is this a mistake?
No it is not. It is the National Benefits Center receipt number. Mine got transferred from the TSC.

I made address changes to pending EAD renewal and I-485 yesterday in the afternoon for myself and spouse. Same day later in the evening I got email saying CPO for EAD renewal. This is a story of 8/20/2008.
I tried called 800 number and was told that they can't verify that address was successfully changed on the application.THey don't have access to personal information. They are asking me to take Inforpass to verify the address.
There is no LUD on either I-485 or EAD renewal after address change. Is LUD an indication that address change has been done? There are no infopass available for 2 months ( I will keep checking if somebody cancels )
Does anybody has any pointer as to how I can verify address change without infopass
